The parish council, which celebrated its centenary in 1994, consists of three wards namely Beare Green, Capel and Coldharbour.

The parish is funded by an annual precept and concurrent grant of Â£39,453 collected by Mole Valley District Council as part of the council tax charge amounting to an average of £32.10 per annum for a band G property.

Latest Project - Our own Neighbourhood Plan

Volunteers are needed to help run a youth club in Beare Green.  If you have a couple of hours once a week to help run the club once a week please contact Michelle Watson

Capel Parish Council has secured funding for a new eco surface for the childrens playground.

Capel Playground Improvement

CPC is considering plans to convert an existing building to provide  a permanent working area for the Parish Council and meeting facilities for the council and  other local groups.
